Full Time Administrative Office Manager

Heidrick & Co. Insurance is a busy retail insurance agency located on Sanibel. Our focus is on property and casualty coverages for individuals and businesses located in Lee County, particularly the barrier islands.
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Administrative Office Manager. If you have a friendly, can-do attitude, unwavering dedication to outstanding client service and ability to work with a variety of personalities, this position may be for you!
In this position, you will make the first client impression and support executive management and company operations by maintaining office systems, processes, vendor relationships and other tasks to ensure the agency is running efficiently. Other responsibilities include assistance with client and community communication through email campaigns, website updates and social media posts.
Required experience includes at least two years in a busy, professional office setting, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Required computer skills include a high proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, One-Drive) as well as Chrome and other Internet browsers. Experience with PowerPoint, Canva or other desktop publishing programs a plus. The ability to scan and upload documents and quickly learn our Windows-based agency management system is a must.
